How will I receive my product/s after I place an order?
Once your order is placed, you are able to download the product/s you purchased immediately from the order page. We also email you a download link if you’d prefer to download them at a later date.
What software do I need to use your products?
You must have Adobe Photoshop in order to use our Mockup Products.
Are instructions included?
Yes, all Mockup Files come with instructions on how to add your own design if you’re unfamiliar with using a mockup. If you need any additional help, you’re always welcome to contact us with any questions!
Do I have to give credit when using a product I purchase?
No, you do not have to credit us. You’re always welcome to tag us or shout us out on Instagram @copalstudio, but there is no requirement or obligation to do so!
Can I use your products on personal and commercial projects?
Yes, our Standard License permits you to use our products on an unlimited amount of personal projects, and one commercial project per license.
Do I need to purchase an additional license if I plan on using a product on more than one client project?
Yes. For example, if you purchase a product to use on a client project, and have a second client and want to use the same product for their project, you must purchase the same product again.
